Welcome to The PAI Group

One of the leading Approved Certifiers of Food Products, Food Authenticity, Labelling Claims and Food Chain Traceability in Europe.

Producers and Consumers have everything to gain by the creation and maintenance of demonstrable integrity in the food chain. Where there is integrity, there is confidence. Providing this trust in the Food Chain is a common interest shared by consumers, retailers and producers alike.

PAI exists to support and strengthen this compact by ensuring that standards meet their intent in every way, are meaningful, and are effectively implemented.

PAI has developed with its Technical Advisory Panels a large range of standards in the Food Chain, which are accepted as leading edge in terms of quality, safety, security, environmental and animal welfare.

PAI has three integrated divisions: Food, Farm and Animal Feed. It also has a department that specialises in development and the provision of database-driven management solutions for the agri-food sector. This specialist department has developed the highly successful Pyramid™ supply chain management system - now being used by manufacturers, suppliers and retailers.

PAI holds accreditations by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) for EN 45011 (Product Certification).

Based in the UK, PAI operates throughout Europe, the Far East and South America.
