A successful assessment by PAI will ensure that your certificate is issued by a widely respected and recognised certification body using only assessors who are highly experienced in your industry sector.

• Good Hygiene Practice
• Module A for abattoirs covering animal welfare, transport, training, traceability, purchasing, lairage activities, cleaning and sanitation, maintenance, temperature control, handling and storage and welfare at slaughter.
• Module B for cutting and packing plants covering labeling, product transport, temperature control, contingency plans.

Assessment Frequency
Every 12 months with an additional 5% of certified companies spot checked within a 14 day notification period

Assessment Duration
Dependant on the size and complexity of your company but typically 1 - 1.5 days

Special rates are available for multi-site operations.
