PAI announce new service - Forensic Auditing

At PAI we pride ourselves on being at the cutting edge of auditing and supplier improvement. To that end we are proud to announce that we are the first to market with the “PAI Forensic Audit” (PFA).

The forensic audit principal is a carte blanche, non checklist approach to troubleshoot specific site and or supplier issues. This approach is the best at isolating the root causes of issues. By tackling these, more appropriate, sustainable corrective action can be implemented to drive forward a step change in improvement. Our team and our auditors are highly experienced and skilled in delivering this type of audit, coming from a strong retail and certification background. This experience is vital in building a strong empathetic relationship with clients and their supplying sites and this is the key to step change at pace”

Feed team staff changes

Good News for Martin
To let you know that with effect from 1st February Martin will be taking a step closer to retirement (he will of course never actually achieve retirement!).... Martin will be cutting down to 3 days per week from 1st February. Martin will be working Tues – Thurs.

Martin has been a great ambassador for PAI and will continue to guide, mentor and share his knowledge with the team... and we do hope he enjoys the extra time he will have and not use it to catch up with e-mails! Thanks for all you have done Martin.

Good News for Lorraine
Lorraine will be taking on the position of Feed Scheme Manager – of course still very much supported by Martin and the ‘Feed Team’. Congratulations are to be given to Lorraine in the time she has worked with PAI she has become a valued member of PAI and has built relationships with the internal staff but also with her customers... most importantly she is valued and respected by AIC which is a great achievement in a relatively short period of time. Very well done Lorraine.
