These are high welfare, quality assured, traditional and traditional free range Christmas turkeys and uniquely benefit from the EU mark of distinction “Traditional Speciality Guaranteed” TSG

The scheme is certified by PAI.

The aim is to produce Christmas turkeys of the highest quality, finish, flavour, texture and presentation by traditional methods, without the use of growth promoters and by the highest welfare and environmentally-friendly means available.
